My Experience with Kenny at Fuccillo Kia I had a problem that started out of no where with my Kia Sorento. I stopped at two garages, no one would help me, I stopped at Advanced auto and they I had a problem that started out of no where with my Kia Sorento. I stopped at two garages, no one would help me, I stopped at Advanced auto and they pulled the code for me off the computer. They were not sure what the code meant, I went to Fuccillo Chrysler where I bought the car, they were extremely unhelpful. When I first called Fuccillo Kia I spoke with a women who couldn't help me, I called back and spoke to Kenny and he knew exactly what the code meant, he got me right in, got me a rental car, and I was able to go on with my day. Kenny was awesome!! extremely helpful, personable, professional, and seemed to actually care. He is a true asset to the company, I will be back just because he is there!! More

Awful customer service I have been contacting Kia Fucillo for 2 weeks. I received a bill for over $130 after them having their kia for more than 3 months & purchased a used I have been contacting Kia Fucillo for 2 weeks. I received a bill for over $130 after them having their kia for more than 3 months & purchased a used Chevy Equinnox. No one can give me answers and now it will affect my credit because no one can return a phone call. I now had debt collectors calling me for this outrageous additional charged. The bill is for handing in my Kia to them before the lease was up with more than enough mileage that was not even used. I REFUSE to pay this random bill after they have had my vehicle for more than enough time & the sales man did NOT say a word about being charged this additional fee while he was more so worried about making the sale for my used car. I will continue to dispute this. and contact Heath who states he would take care of this. NEVER AGAIN! More
