Matt-Great rep I have purchased 3 Kias all from Fuccillo Kia of Schenectady. This was the best experience I had there. They got me the car I wanted. They didn't ding I have purchased 3 Kias all from Fuccillo Kia of Schenectady. This was the best experience I had there. They got me the car I wanted. They didn't ding me on my trade-in value and gave me all the rebates and incentives I was entitled to. I love my car and I enjoyed the car buying experience. Matt was professional, friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Hopefully he's still there when I'm in the market for my next Kia! More

HARASSED FOR INCORRECT BILL MADE APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIR WORK. I GOT THERE ON TIME. TOOK HOURS TO GET MY CAR IN AND FIXED. FAR LONGER THAN PROMISED. THEN I PAY THE BILL AND DR MADE APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIR WORK. I GOT THERE ON TIME. TOOK HOURS TO GET MY CAR IN AND FIXED. FAR LONGER THAN PROMISED. THEN I PAY THE BILL AND DRIVE OFF. THE NEXT DAY I GET A CALL THAT THEY DIDN'T BILL BE CORRECTLY AND THAT I OWE THEM ANOTHER $50. NOT ONLY IS SUCH BEHAVIOR OUTRAGEOUS AND PROBABLY A SCAM RUN BY FUCCILLO BUT FRANKLY, THEY OWED ME FOR WASTING MY TIME. SO I IGNORED IT. THEY CONTINUED TO MAIL BILLS AND THEN TURNED IT OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY. I PAID IT RECENTLY BECAUSE THE ADDITIONAL PAYMENT WAS SO SMALL IT WASN'T WORTH HIRING AN ATTORNEY BUT I PLAN TO SPEAK WITH MY ATTORNEY TO SEE IF I HAVE ANY OPTIONS. THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WERE FINE BUT THE BILLING WAS JUST PLAIN NEGLIGENT. IF I WAS FUCCILLO I WOULD HAVE ABSORBED THAT EXTRA CHARGE. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER WHO BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM AND HAD A FAIR AMOUNT OF WORK DONE THERE AS WELL. WAS THAT $50 REALLY WORTH IT? More
