They didn't ding me on my trade-in value and gave me all the rebates and incentives I was entitled to. I love my car and I enjoyed the car buying experience. HARASSED FOR INCORRECT BILL MADE APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIR WORK. I GOT THERE ON TIME. TOOK HOURS TO GET MY CAR IN AND FIXED. FAR LONGER THAN PROMISED. THEN I PAY THE BILL AND DR MADE APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIR WORK. I GOT THERE ON TIME. TOOK HOURS TO GET MY CAR IN AND FIXED. FAR LONGER THAN PROMISED. THEN I PAY THE BILL AND DRIVE OFF. THE NEXT DAY I GET A CALL THAT THEY DIDN'T BILL BE CORRECTLY AND THAT I OWE THEM ANOTHER $50. NOT ONLY IS SUCH BEHAVIOR OUTRAGEOUS AND PROBABLY A SCAM RUN BY FUCCILLO BUT FRANKLY, THEY OWED ME FOR WASTING MY TIME. SO I IGNORED IT. THEY CONTINUED TO MAIL BILLS AND THEN TURNED IT OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY. I PAID IT RECENTLY BECAUSE THE ADDITIONAL PAYMENT WAS SO SMALL IT WASN'T WORTH HIRING AN ATTORNEY BUT I PLAN TO SPEAK WITH MY ATTORNEY TO SEE IF I HAVE ANY OPTIONS. THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WERE FINE BUT THE BILLING WAS JUST PLAIN NEGLIGENT. IF I WAS FUCCILLO I WOULD HAVE ABSORBED THAT EXTRA CHARGE. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER WHO BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM AND HAD A FAIR AMOUNT OF WORK DONE THERE AS WELL. WAS THAT $50 REALLY WORTH IT? More

I just have to say that Freddy was absolutely AMAZING. I previously drove a Mazda 3 sedan which I LOVED so my plan was to trade that in for the Mazda CX3 when my lease was up, but the prices were way too high for what I was looking to pay so I started looking elsewhere. I was never a Kia fan and I mean NEVER. I was very skeptical about leasing a Kia, I wasn’t even going to consider it but I went to test drive it anyway after looking at a few other cars and seeing the prices were still not what I was looking for, and OMG what a smooth ride. I test drove the Kia Sportage and I was so impressed with the sporty look of the outside, the interior was super nice, spacious, and the whole console display looked like a luxury vehicle. After that, my mind was made up, my new car was going to be the Kia Sportage. I have to say, it drives just as nice if not better than my Mazda did! It’s so freaking cute! On top of that, my insurance is way cheaper with the Kia than it was with the Mazda! You just can’t beat it! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Kia Sportage. Thank you so much Freddy! More
