For a number of years and three vehicles, I had been a customer at Fuccillo’s Kia. When Fuccillo’s became Matthews Kia of Schenectady, I then became their customer for the last four years and two vehicles customer at Fuccillo’s Kia. When Fuccillo’s became Matthews Kia of Schenectady, I then became their customer for the last four years and two vehicles. As a dealership, Matthews Kia of Schenectady has significantly streamlined the process of purchasing a vehicle with efficiency. My sales consultant for my recent purchase was Luis Garcia. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and knew his job darn well. Thanks to Luis, I walked in at 10:30AM for my appointment and left four hours later driving my new vehicle: all registered, insured, and sparkling clean. I felt comfortable with everyone I met at Matthews Kia of Schenectady who assisted me during the “process.” Luis was very patient with me in spite of my numerous questions and my lack of tech savviness.
