In Apr 2024, I purchased a used 2022 in Mazda CX9 for over $28,000 dollars. The first service interval since purchase came due and I had it serviced today. To the Amazement of the service crew at Valvoli over $28,000 dollars. The first service interval since purchase came due and I had it serviced today. To the Amazement of the service crew at Valvoline there was no air filter installed! They sold it without making sure the car was serviced properly. Driving 10 months and 5,000 miles without an air filter may have seriously impacted the longevity of the motor. This is unconscionable. Their recourse was to cover the cost of the air filter, which does not address other potential effects which may or may not occur. A few dollars doesn't cover that. BEWARE! More

They do not have it together. We had to go back 3 times to sign papers they forgot. The first time we were there we were for 4 and a half hours. Then that night they couldn't give us our plates because the suv wouldn't pass inspection. We can back the next day to have tires put on so it would. Had appointment. Then found out they didn't have them and had to take a rental home. The next day Supreme said it was all ready. On our way down they called us and said they didn't have the insurance card. They told us that at 5 mins after 5pm. When insurance place was closed. Got the car finally the next day. Told the dealer Supreme about problem with mirror and they said it was our fault. Bull. He waited to tell Tom the sales manager so it wouldn't look like it was missed by them. We called Supreme 3 times about it even sent pics. No response. So we are done. We had bought 3 new cars and 2 used since 2017. I would say good customers. More
