Hard to get an appointment. Service is pretty good no issues on the service and maintenance stuff couple things I feel like you can miss here and there but not horrible well not by another vehicle from the dealership though very maintenance stuff couple things I feel like you can miss here and there but not horrible well not by another vehicle from the dealership though very bad experience with the manager very unprofessional we had some trim work done from you guys and they messed it up three times and then we'll fix the scratches and things they did on my paint just want to buff it out won't pay for ceramic coating after you mess it up three times I think you should be able to repair the damages that were done Matthews Kia has lost my business buying vehicles from them maintenance wise will stay with the maintenance program More

Walked in expecting to have to wait weeks to have my car looked at and within a few minutes I had a loaner vehicle, and 3 days later had my car back. Super happy with the communication from this service dep looked at and within a few minutes I had a loaner vehicle, and 3 days later had my car back. Tried calling them texting to schedule an appointment but no response at all so stopped on our way home from our trip. We were helped right away and with great attention. The warranty problem as well as disc no response at all so stopped on our way home from our trip. We were helped right away and with great attention.
