I appreciate the service department talking to me about the services I needed based on my mileage. This dealership has always been there for me over the past almost 20 years. I have experienced the changing of employees and found them to be as caring and informed as I am accustomed to. My first Kia was purchased from Bill Few celloscillo. I wish this phone knew how to spell the man’s name but I’m sure you can sound it out.! Lol. More

My car went in for a check engine light. Wishful thinking was an easy fix of oil change and engine flush. 12 miles later my light turned back on, brought my car back in. After 1 1/2 weeks I Wishful thinking was an easy fix of oil change and engine flush. 12 miles later my light turned back on, brought my car back in. After 1 1/2 weeks I contacted the service department, was told he was looking into it and I would get a call back end of day. That day ended and I called again, while chatting with him I could tell something was off, he made a long winded lie, which after calling my extended warranty company he was lying to me. Now at the 2 week point I was told my car hasn’t even been looked at. When it was pointed out it’s been 2 weeks with out be having a vehicle, the same guy said “well I put you in the loaner”, he did not. I was very annoyed at this point, and my temper was starting to show, he called me back 10 mins later to let me know they did have a car for me. At the 3 week mark I called again, there has been zero effort to communicate with me, I was told my car was getting worked on. They had been emailing the wrong adjuster so they were behind. Week 4, I called (again), they were ordering parts and they should be in the following week. 4 1/2 weeks this was the first time anyone had called me on my car, they were waiting on one more part and it would be ready soon. 5 weeks to the day from when I dropped off the car I got the call it was done. I needed to drive it for 75 miles and they would do the inspection “quick hook it up since we have already looked it over” I scheduled my appointment for 10am and was there for over 2 hours. The place is run horribly, their lack of communication is just unacceptable. Would not recommend them to anyone. More
