Unfortunately due to the nature of your vehicle's concerns, we felt that we were not the best option for tackling the diagnosis and repair. With over 130k miles, you mentioned every light is on the dash and every code is showing up when you performed the diagnoses. With these concerns, it may require several hours of diagnosis and/ or parts that may be obsolete. We have never serviced any of your vehicles before and have no history of your vehicle at this time. I apologize we were not able to look at your vehicle and it may be best to look into other options.

That’s not a good excuse. I will no longer be purchasing or driving any Ford products. I am asking for help and service and you refuse to stand behind your brand. This is unacceptable due to the fact that you manufacture the vehicle to require being serviced at a dealership for these issues. You have condemned my vehicle to staying broken.
