AVOID THIS DEALER Be aware of this dealer. I went there to buy 2015 Explorer Sport 4WD and the sales person Chris Holister advise me a cheaper option 2015 Explorer XLT Be aware of this dealer. I went there to buy 2015 Explorer Sport 4WD and the sales person Chris Holister advise me a cheaper option 2015 Explorer XLT saying that it would be the same car with a just little weaker machine. I trusted his word and late on I realize the XLT is FWD and it has a LOT Weaker machine than the Sport model I drove. after two days a bought the XLT, the general manger Mr. Edward Bielen sent me a Email offering me help if I was not very satisfied with my purchase. I had tried several times to contacted him and he NEVER SHOWED HIS FACE UP, even to give me the opportunity to let him know how unsatisfied I am.
