Picked up my beautiful Black on Black 2025 Explorer ST on August 23, 2024. The staff at MATTHEW-CURRIE were great. Chad Westrick the sales manager, introduced himself and offer a fair amount for my trade in. If you're like me, hate to hassle, then Reggie and Chad are who you want to work with at M-C. I am in my happy late 70's, and hate to feel like I was taken advantage of as I did in my previous high end dealership purchase. What a beautiful feeling to feel good about buying a new car and being treated well! Great job Matthew Currie! More
The pre delivery fees are ridiculous, $3000 in fees, they didn't go over them with me. I wanted to take the car back because of the fees, I texted them the same night but they refused to let me bring it back didn't go over them with me. They offered me $3000 for my vehicle, they said it was involved in an accident and they couldn't sell it, they said it would have to be auctioned (they didn't bother to mention that the vehicle I bought was involved in an accident and had undercarriage damage). When I said no to the $3000, the salesperson said nothing to me, he just got up and walked away, he did that a few times. He hardly spoke to me. He came back with $4000, I again said no, when he came back with $5000, I agreed. Had I known about the fees I wouldn't have agreed, the guy who handled the paperwork signing, didn't mention the fees to me. I was told those fees are not charged by everyone. I was naive and stupid, I was focused on the interest rate, monthly payment and what I would get for my vehicle. I asked the salesperson what the interest rate was, he didn't know, he said the paperwork guy would go over that with me. I had to ask him what it was, he said 7%, actually it is 7.88%. The vehicle I bought was around $29866. My paperwork shows the price as $31700, not sure why fees change the actual price of a vehicle. Pre-delivery fees are ridiculous, just a way to take advantage of customers. They didn't even pull the factory door code number, I had to go back there so they could pull it. Loan processing fee? Isn't that part of their job? Electronic registration filing fee $249? I had just renewed the plate on my car, for two years, it was $159. Don't be an idiot like I was, go somewhere else or refuse to pay the fees. I've had the car for a month and the USB doesn't work. I called them and they said I would have to pay to get it fixed. Horrible place. More

Outstanding professional courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We left another dealership yesterday due to horrible customer service and we are glad we did. We had everything completed within a couple of hours, ,and drove home in our Ford Explorer in nearly the same time it took to get someone's attention at the other place. This was an amazing difference! The Credit Manager also was excellent honest and efficient. And...knowledge, experience, and organizational skills makes huge difference. We highly recommend them. Extremely dishonest and highly overpriced service. In addition, they are short in mechanics so it is very hard to get work done. Their estimate was 3 times higher than Sarasora Ford. First time owner of a Ford Mustang convertible. Vehicle is under warranty and having issues automatically shifting. Car is under warranty. Setup an appointment for the 17th of July. I get there and they tell me the appointment was on the 13th. Well, I would have never agreed to that because not only would I not have had a backup ride I would have been at work. I was off on the 17th. Also, the person picking me up was there when I made the appointment and verified if he was available that day. The team member asked the team leader what they should do and with a disgusted look on her face threw up her hands and said “we can take it but you won’t get it back today”. She said there were four other vehicles brought in today for transmission issues. So, a shop that cannot get an appointment correct and is loaded with transmission problems wants to fix my $40k vehicle? Not a good look for Ford to have so many transmission issues. Reasons for one star: Poor Attitude, short-sharp conversation, incorrect details, unwillingness to do what’s best for the customer, no confidence with the product. More
I went thinking this was a business and a name I could trust but I was wrong! They sold me a "certified" used car and less than 90 days later a front control arm broke while my 17 year old son was driving trust but I was wrong! I paid for the repairs and chalked it up to "that's what I get for buying a used car". Now three later when I want to trade it in for another used care cause the mechanical failures are insurmountable at this point; the salesman at Matthew Currie told I should be grateful! I got what I paid for after all...wow! Way to go !! More
