Not above industry standard, mere fair Respectfully, I would like to have had a better experience this issue relates to a ready lift level kit and struts failing., their were many variables Respectfully, I would like to have had a better experience this issue relates to a ready lift level kit and struts failing., their were many variables during the whole process Vaugn did exceed when I had communication with him. I would recommend the service writers be more educated and detailed when trying to elaborate on issues with a vehicle this caused vast confusion and “blame game. What stood out were a few points. Justin did try to research other options via a place in California to obtain a part from. This was not a success. The company gave their recommendation how to fix the vehicle and this was ignored. * I contacted ready lift which gave the same information to re program the ride height- Trim height recalibration. When I contacted the dealership to tell them, they were not aware what I was talking about. * I contacted a GM at a Ford dealership spoke about my problem and he found within 4 minutes or less the recalibration. After going to the dealership talking to the service tech showing him a screenshot. Then him reading in his system, it was then found. He not sure of his name was more than willing to preform the recalibration. Price was another concern, I understand making sales numbers and profit but not at the expense when an item is not needed. I was told both struts needed to be replaced for 2k. When visiting the dealership and talking to a tech he told me one was fine might as well do both??? Seems dishonest from the front end to me. I am not one of negativity but what’s right is right and wrong is wrong. End result low satisfaction If whomever reading has further questions I will discuss. This also does not include anything about a radio problem going on that can’t be figured out for little over a year now. More
