Gary, We are disappointed to read this review from you after the discussion we had, especially after agreeing to your request for help with your payment terms and then you failing to live up to your end of the agreement, paying us four days later than our initial agreement after continuous phone calls to you. The problem with your vehicle was related to an aftermarket lift kit that you had installed elsewhere. As far as your radio is concerned, we can't correct an issue that we can't duplicate while in our possession. We are not perfect, but I assure you we are not dishonest as you state.
