Mr. Pope, First of all, we do appreciate your business. However, your behavior in our service area and showroom with other guests present will not be tolerated. We can't allow you to be cursing at employees in the middle of our showroom. As four of our employees tried to explain to you, there were no aftermarket parts used on your vehicle and your receipt clearly shows the GM part numbers that were used during the repair of your vehicle. Our ladies in the cashier area were just asking you to sign your ticket so we could release the vehicle back to you. I gave you my name twice but you were too busy cursing at me to hear it.
