Ken profiled me as soon as I arrived. He was so rude. My car was broken into & he didn’t bother to call me . It wasn’t his responsibility to call and advise me. Didn’t review my paperwork with me in regards to what was serviced and said I declined the break service when he never not once even mentioned to me that I needed my breaks replaced . I told him it’s common courtesy and customer service to advise customers of what’s going on he told me “ it’s not about customer service or common curtesy “ well if it isn’t about that , then what is it about ?
