This dealership has attempted to diagnose and repair the same noise defect since March 27, 2024, and after two years of repeated attempts, the defect remains unresolved. Across this period, every misdiagnosis, failed repair attempt, and escalation occurred at this dealership. Despite multiple visits and extensive time without the vehicle, the original noise remained. During my most recent visit from February 13 to March 26, 2026 (42 days), the dealership stopped providing updates after March 5. When I arrived on March 26, I discovered the invoice had been closed on March 19—one week earlier—yet no one contacted me. The dealership later stated they “thought I picked it up,” despite never notifying me. They only contacted me on March 26 after corporate intervened that morning. The vehicle was returned with the original noise still present and in worse condition. New symptoms began after this visit, including a constant whirring sound from the driveline/drivetrain area that becomes louder with acceleration, and a new intermittent jerkiness or momentary disconnection sensation. These symptoms did not exist before this visit. I also reported an intermittent sudden brake grab beginning in late 2025. I asked the dealership multiple times to recalibrate or reset the brake system, check brake‑related software, perform any necessary resets, and complete the brake‑fluid service that the dealership recommended and I approved. Despite these requests, the dealership repeatedly stated “no issue found,” limited their inspection to checking fluid level and pad/rotor condition, did not perform any brake‑system recalibration or software resets, and did not perform the brake‑fluid service. After the 42‑day visit, the brake grab became more pronounced. Across two years of repeated failed repair attempts, the dealership consistently failed to diagnose the noise defect, failed to communicate, and failed to follow basic service procedures—including, most recently, a one‑week delay in notifying me that the vehicle was ready. The defect remains unresolved, and the vehicle was returned in worse condition than before several of the repair attempts. I had inquired about a Stelvio a week prior and mentioned I would be flying in from Las Vegas. Upon arrival Elena spotted me and we began the purchasing process. Later Nick arrived and began the paper work. Both, Elena and Nick, were straight to the point and no xxxxxxxx in between. (Do excuse my language) They we’re both very helpful and the entire process was quick. Perhaps it could have been even faster, but we were just choppin it up. I will definitely be back in the future. My Husband Avilo Oliva bought a Certified Pre-Owned Maserati GT from Maserati of Santa Monica in May 2023. We decided to buy this car vs another cheaper one that was on sale by a VW dealer based on salesperson's (Elena Redkin) feedback that car was in pristine condition and "you can never trust what non- Maserati dealers do to cars before they sell them". We live in Idaho and had the car delivered to our home a week or so later to find out a list of issues: 1) Car was involved in accident with both front fenders repaired; never disclosed by dealer but took a total of 5 minutes for my Maserati dealer in Idaho to confirm that. 2) Steering column making noise when turning the wheel. 3) Front wheel had a small bent (same incident?) and wheels were totally out of balance 4) Driver mat and upholstery on driver side totally ripped apart 5) Central back leather panel in between the seats came with 3 "penny-size" holes 6) Exterior carbon side-view mirrors were chipped and losing layers 7) Car manual was missing We already spent $2300 on the certified pre-owned GT to bring it back to the condition a certified pre owned car should had been since the beginning. Maserati in Italy just inquired me who the dealer was given the situation. We have complained now for 3 months to all Managers in the dealership, including GM Eric Martin who doesn’t even respond to my husband emails. If you want to buy a Maserati, take your business elsewhere. Maserati of Santa Monica is the worst dealer we had to deal with in our lives. More

When I called I spoke with Ben, he assured me the car I wanted was there, and that he would have it available for me to test drive. When I arrived, he very nicely introduced me to Elena and said that she w wanted was there, and that he would have it available for me to test drive. When I arrived, he very nicely introduced me to Elena and said that she would take good care of me. And she did! She was lovely to work with, explained everything clearly. The whole process from the start to finishing the paperwork with Nick was enjoyable. The car was detailed and prepped. Elena made sure I was settled into the car and answered my last minute questions getting me on the road in my new ALFA Romeo. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. More
