The dealership has never failed to fix my Fiat promptly and then goes the extra step by washing the car, reminding me of future oil changes, tire checks, and goes beyond and above to find needed parts for and then goes the extra step by washing the car, reminding me of future oil changes, tire checks, and goes beyond and above to find needed parts for my 2014 Fiat 500L. If a part needs to come from Italy, the dealership represented by Pedro makes every effort to keep me on the road while the part travels from Italy to Santa Monica. When I wait for a repair to be done, I am always offered water or other drinks and snacks to keep me occupied while I wait. Recently my parking lights went out, I drove to the dealership and although they were clearly having a busy day, I was put in the line up and less than an hour later left with both bulbs replaced. Many thanks for several years of flawless, efficient, prompt service. Especial thanks to Pedro who oversees the job with such a kind, gracious touch. He makes the whole trip for repairs a relaxing servioud. I know he will see the job done on schedule and right. More
