1 star — Dishonest dealership. Do not trust a word they say. Before making the trip, I told this dealership my maximum budget. I told them clearly, in writing, and I repeated it on the phone. Their response across roughly 10 text messages AND multiple phone calls was to insist I come into the shop. I told them I was driving over an hour. They told me to come anyway. I still have every single one of those text messages. The moment I walked through the door, the manager told me they would not negotiate anywhere near my budget. Trip over. No discussion, no alternatives, just dismissed at the entrance. Think about what that means: they knew my number the whole time. They could have told me "we can't work with that" over a single text. Instead, they spent weeks pulling me in under false pretenses, wasted hours of my day, and treated me like I was nothing once I arrived. That is the definition of dishonest. Whatever they tell you over the phone or text to get you in the door has no relationship to what they will actually do when you arrive. Take their promises with zero weight I have the texts to prove it. If you are considering this dealership, please learn from my mistake. They will say anything to get you on the lot.
