Incredibly happy! Went here looking for a car after my other car was totaled. Big Joe is an amazing guy. I followed him from another dealership. He's honest, knowledgeable about the vehicles, makes you feel comfortable and most importantly, I never feel like I'm being "sold". The rest of the staff treated me very well too. Eric, the finance manager is the nicest guy and very thorough. No question was left unanswered by anyone here. I left very happy and couldn't have asked for more. More

The salesman, Eric, was incredibly rude. Eric was incredibly rude, and when I requested help with paperwork, he began talking over me. He ended up hanging up on me again when I called back and asked to speak to Maureen. I eventually asked to leave my number, and explained hanging up and yelling over someone that is trying to buy a car isn't professional. He then accused me of not being professional, and I explained that I was not the one working at the car company. I had left a deposit and decided to go with a different company, and so requested my deposit back. I had to call three times, eventually speaking to Eric. He told me Maureen was too busy for me, and I explained that I was told I'd receive a call back by 545. He again interrupted me to tell me that didn't happen, for no reason other than at this point he does not like me. I'm still waiting for my deposit back. Word to the wise- read the other reviews. Not a reputable place of business. More

I text drove a 2015 Mazda6 i Touring that had the lowest price within 300 miles of where I live (and yes, even after the $1000 difference between actual and advertised). They offered to drive the car to a mechanic of my choice to have it looked at were I not able to do it myself and matched the APR that I was pre-approved for. I had a great experience there despite going in with my guard up because of the negative reviews I had read. More

Deceptive sales tactics I would never reccomend Martin's even to my worst enemy. They refused to tell me how much any of the cars were and when I finally did decide on a car I would never reccomend Martin's even to my worst enemy. They refused to tell me how much any of the cars were and when I finally did decide on a car they conned me into having my grandmother as a "sponsor" which I had specifically asked multiple times if there would be any credit checks on her and they assured me that was not the case. A few days later my nana and I both got the same letter saying we were declined for an auto loan. They had checked her credit. When I called Martin's out on it they claimed they had never said that they wouldn't check her credit. More

YesNo 12/14/2015 I had been shopping for a used Nissan Murano for about 6 months but everywhere that appeared to have a good deal, actually ended up not being any kind of deal at all; high miles etc. Martin's advertised a beautiful Murano, low miles and a better price than at least a dozen other dealerships. Made an appointment with the owner, Kevin and took the Murano for a long ride. Talk about the most down to earth, non-pushy, professional salesman ever; I felt completely at ease. His finance associate Maureen later presented me with an incredibly fair value for my trade which gave me an even better monthly payment than I expected. This lady does not waste your time at all, she was like lightning with bank approval and before I knew it I had the keys to my new SUV in my hand and was headed back home in only a few hours. Please don't be skeptical of this small dealership, I later learned that Martin's has been in business for 35 years and it's easy to understand why. More

Martin’s Pre Owned… STAY AWAY ! I bought my daughters car there a few weeks ago and had a bad experience. I understand that they have a bad reputation and have read several bad revie I bought my daughters car there a few weeks ago and had a bad experience. I understand that they have a bad reputation and have read several bad reviews but thought I would give them a chance. Right from the start they were your typical “Used Car Sales People”. I brought my daughter and she said “I’m glad you’re here dad or I would have ran the other way”. So after and dog fight over buying a car from them a week later it started stalling when you were driving down the road. It would be fine cold but after it warmed up it would stall. I called Martin’s and they said there was nothing they could do and to call an auto mechanic. I asked if they were going to cover anything or help us out and they said “NO” you are on your own…… Or mechanic said it was a head gasket. He also went on to say if you bought it 6 days ago it was like that when they sold it to you. After allot of fighting we just sucked it up and bought her another car because it would have cost $2000 to fix the lemon from Martin’s. All I can do is tell other people to stay away from Martin’s Pre Owned!!!! They will seam nice up front but once they get your money they won’t even know who you are! More
