The visit dealership was a suprising visit. We had a 8:30 appointment and was taken care of right away. The waiting room was very accommodating. There were tvs on the wall that you can see the mechanics work on your vehicle. Endless supply of coffee and water. Even computers so you can browse the internet. There was more work that needed to get done so the wait was longer then anticipated. Instead of waiting till they finished the extra work they had a gentleman drive me home and pick me up a few hours later when the work was complete. Great 1st experience and would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. More

Infuriating experience yet again. The most consistent thing about Martin Chevy is that they never fail to disappoint. I waited 2 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. After that point came and went, Ociel told us my car was almost done. I texted the number after the 1hr 30 min mark and got no response. Had to get up at the 2 hr mark and find Ociel sitting on his phone. Only after I asked about my car did he immediately print it the paperwork and I was finally free. Terrible customer service from Ociel. 10am on a Monday afternoon and I'm waiting 2 hours? That's just unheard of. I'd rather pay $60 at 10 minute oil change at this point. This was the straw that broke the camels back. Blatantly and shamelessly wasting my time, and complete lack of customer service from Ociel. I'd planned on trading in with Chevy for a Traverse in the future. Looks like I'll have to look elsewhere, perhaps Toyota. I'm completely done with the company at this point. And Ociel was nothing but rude, he walked past us several times and didn't bother to give an eta or so much as look our way. Maybe he needs to watch a training video, because his blatant rudeness is what's driving me away more than the 2 hours I wasted. More

Overall service is good. Issue was not diagnosed correctly and reoccurred stranding me in traffic a second time.
