On the multi point vehicle inspection, it was listed that the wiper blade-rear was marked in green which is checked and ok. This is inaccurate as the rear wiper blade doesn't work. So the question arises, the wiper blade-rear was marked in green which is checked and ok. This is inaccurate as the rear wiper blade doesn't work. So the question arises, did the technician just check boxes in green and really didn't check the car. The "completely satisfied" is far from accurate as I was completely dissatisfied with my services knowing that the technician didn't perform each inspection. Also online has a special for 6 quarts of oil change for $59.95. The report says its refilled with 6 quarts but I was charge what appears to be for 8 quarts special online at $69.95. Once again, this appears to be something that was not looked at again. My question is how is Martin Chevy going to handle these issues to make a dissatisfied customer a satisfied one? More
