We bought a 2023 Chevy Corvette the service was excellent. Joseph (Joey) walked up to the front door to greet us to see if we had called to see any certain vehicle. I had earlier spoke to Ann reg excellent. Joseph (Joey) walked up to the front door to greet us to see if we had called to see any certain vehicle. I had earlier spoke to Ann regarding a car on line. He did bring Ann to meet us. Joey delivered our car the next day & being seniors he spent much time explaining features on car, programming our phone, putting plates on car & answering quest ions on our new ride. Today I called him asking about car & he was so pleasant to assist me. It is the customer service that you get when you leave dealership that is so important. I spoke to someone whom had seen our car today & said he only goes to Martin Chevy to have his Camaro fixed. That tells me I will get great service. Thank you Martins. We are enjoying our new ride!!!!! We will be in soon for our car wash & to learn how to take the top down!!!! The Rhoney's More

Joey was great, we dealt with several salesmen leading up visiting Martin Chevy and the salesmen were all a major turnoff. Then Joey stayed late for us, was communicative (but not too much), and was just gen visiting Martin Chevy and the salesmen were all a major turnoff. Then Joey stayed late for us, was communicative (but not too much), and was just generally an easy going guy and fun to work with. Phil also saved the day by getting us some McDonald’s, our son would’ve lost it had it not been for the food. And Dave went to bat for us on the financing which I appreciated very much as well. Just a good experience in general. More

Joseph got me thru the purchase process smoothly, and quickly. He made it so much easier and went out of the way to make sure I understood everything.
