Amazing!!! I texted Joel Storm, who has helped me with leasing my 2 previous cars for myself....and told him that my daughter was going thru a very difficult div I texted Joel Storm, who has helped me with leasing my 2 previous cars for myself....and told him that my daughter was going thru a very difficult divorce...and that I needed to lease her a safe vehicle for her and my grandson...and that time and pricing were essential. Joel had me come in to see what he could do. He had some good lease pricing on the Chev Trax. We briefly spoke and I looked at the car outside. He gave me an indication of the pricing. I left there and discussed it with my daughter and then texted Joel back that I needed to see if he could do any better on the pricing...and what he could do on the lease protection. He told me to come in again. I stopped in there a week ago Monday... and Joel was with a customer, so had me sit with Marci. She brought the car around so we could take it for a test drive. I liked the car, so we went back to her desk to discuss final pricing. She kept talking with the manager Steve, and he worked with me even more on the pricing and the lease protection...so that it was affordable for my daughter. There was still one obstacle though, and that was how I was going to get it to my daughter that lives in DeKalb. Marci graciously offered to have a valet follow her that Wednesday to deliver it herself to my daughter. I was blown away by this. This is not your typical dealership at all. Everyone was so concerned for my daughter, and even said to make sure she has all of their contact info, from the sales people(Joel and Marci) to the manager (Steve), to the finance manager (James), so that she can contact them if she needs anything. I couldn’t have asked for a better support system in getting this done. If you want to deal with people that are truly genuine and caring, then this is the place. I have never dealt with any other dealershi like this. I am so grateful to all of you😍 More

Great experience I went in to look at a used car with Christian Evans. When I got back the numbers weren’t what I was expecting for a used car but I was not putting any money down. He was very understanding that the numbers didn’t make sense. So when I asked about the Chevy Cruz Hatchback he started to show me all of the incentives and finance options. After we went through numbers I took a 2017 for a test drive. It was what I was looking for. He ran numbers and helped dial in a number that made sense. It actually ended up being just slightly more than the used car. So I was super happy with Christian. The part I hate about car buying is the fiancé part. Was I pleasantly surprised that it only last about 15 minutes and Sam was great. My overall experience was probably my best car buying experience I have had and I am 52 and have bought many cars. Thanks Christian for taking care of me. More

She was great, gave options: leasing,rental agency or look at new cars. Absolutely no pressure. I decided to look at 2017 cars. We did a test drive and I decided to buy a 2017 demo Trax. Marci went over the instrument panel functions and told me to come back anytime if I had questions, which I have done. Very helpful. My experience with Marci was the best. More
