Frustration turned to peace My experience started great. I test drove and chose the car I wanted to buy. Once Herb brought me the offer from Steve I became angry. The offer was a joke and he tried to tell me That there was not an aarp discount, which there was and I did get. I know how this industry is and I was not happy about how the negotiations went at first. When he finally gave me a fair deal I took it. Steve apologized and we shook hands. I understand he has a job to do and I am glad it ended the way it did. I will definetly be back next time I buy a car because they did give me a fair price. More

Leasing a new car We originally went in to lease a Equinox shown on the ad for$156 a month, but a vehicle wasn’t available. Finally settling on a Chevy Trax but more money than what we originally wanted to do. I’m happy with the Trax as it’s perfect for me. I think my sales person could of used more willing people to help her when we were setting up the Bluetooth when she tried to get help.
