It was nice to actually be acknowledged after walking in the door and not as secondary individual since I was the one in the market for the new vehicle. Marci was nothing short of amazing with asking questions, finding out what I was looking for, going on the test drive, and in turn helping me with the best deal I was able to find all day. She was amazing to work with, helped me find my perfect car, and made me feel like I was actually important enough to spend time with. She didn't try to sway me towards other cars like other salesmen did, helped this be a wonderful process on such a big life expense for me, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and will be recommending her to anyone I know who's in the market for a new vehicle! Sam was amazing as well helping me get all the paperwork completed and stayed even after hours to help me finish up the process and not try to rush me along. Thanks for making me a fan! More

Carlos Galvez of Martin Chevrolet greeted me, listened to me, asked me very FEW questions, showed me a vehicle (as I said, I knew what I wanted - and didn't want), showed me how he was going to get me where I needed to be. It was not the path that I originally intended but it got me where I wanted to be. Done with Carlos in 30 mins! Carlos is a listener, which was key in my case. I didn't want to be fed bull and he didn't. recognized his up-sell opportunities were limited with me (extended warranties, etc), so he didn't bother. He's also very attentive to his customer needs so overall, it was a very positive experience. More

The only issue I have was the sales person (Joel was with another customer when I picked the truck up) who showed me the radio and other items did not explain properly about the terms of the on-star / did not explain the WiFi was thru on-star nor the amount of data / did not explain that the Sirius was a trail period. The way it was explained made it sound like it was all included and was unlimited for the lifetime of the car. The must of been something written down wrong (miscommunication) about the application of the vs2000, because they called for me to make an appointment to have it applied, but yet I was told by Joel when I picked up the truck that it had been applied the night before and finished that morning. More

No one was trying to push me into buying something, they asked what my budget was and showed me vehicles that were in my budget workout trying to up sell me. Any questions I had were answered right away and if they didn't know they found the answer quickly. It has been a week now since I purchased my vehicle and I'm very happy and would recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a new or used vehicle. More
