I went to try to purchase a truck and wasted my time and two days off my work I missed and they ran my credit twice and they also canceled two of my appointments and it took them two days to call me back an two days off my work I missed and they ran my credit twice and they also canceled two of my appointments and it took them two days to call me back and tel me they had the truck sold after they ran my credit twice they have poor service very unprofessional don’t recommend going there at all I went to see the truck and they said it was available and came back with bs I’m super upset and feel discriminated and they are racist they pick and choose all they did waste my time and ran my credit twice makes no sense but I definitely already reported them especially after seeing all the bad reviews they have I wish I would of read there reviews first so I wouldn’t of wasted my time besides them running my credit twice for no reason without my permission More

Drove over an hour to test drive an 06 Colorado they had listed online. Unfortunately I ran into a few issues that were not detailed in the ad. Overall April did a great job assessing my concerns and I am patiently waiting to retrieve the truck once the repairs are done. I appreciate April and Marsh Auto Sales standing behind selling a quality vehicle to their customers at a proper equity value. Not sure about the other sales members but ask for April and tell them that Christian with 06 Colorado recommended you. More

Terrible customer service. They DO NOT stand behind their products and DO NOT care about your family’s safety. They sold me a car, that had a bad balljoint (tampered with to not make noise on test drives) th products and DO NOT care about your family’s safety. When I called them the next day they seemed uninterested and offered to repair it at one of their shops in town, but I had to cover both costs of towing from the initial break down, then a tow truck to take it 1.5 hours south back to them. They offered a $410 (third party mechanic quoted the damage to be in the $800 range not $400) check to cover the repair which I reluctantly drove back and got, when there. I told them this is a shotty way of doing business and that I was reporting them to the BBB and when I told him that, the sales manager said “I didn’t have to give you anything” still holding the check. Bad place of business, wouldn’t even buy a glass of lemonade from them again let alone another car. More

waste of time I traveled 2.5 hours to look at a one owner Nissan, it was a piece of crap. exhaust leaks, bald tires and a noisy rear end. Junk cars over priced. Run! Run Away! As fast as you can! They wanted me to put 50% down on a 2008 Ford Escape $5999 guaranteed financing. They said my fico is 438, which is way lower than reality and I have my three scores from 50% down on a 2008 Ford Escape $5999 guaranteed financing. I was approved at a regular dealership with 20% down and 5% interest and a newer car less mileage. YOU DONT NEED MARSH AUTO. Don’t let them con you.
