When we took it to get it fix and there are so many problems with it. $7000 dollars worth of problems. It is not safe to drive and he hasn’t driven it since he drove it off the lot. We spoke to Taylor to try and work something out, but he is Unapologetic and does not care. They do not stand behind the garbage they sell. Stay away from this dealership! The BBB has all negative comments regarding them. More
Unprofessional scam artists who don’t negotiate price, trade values, etc. Sells cars knowingly with HUGE safety defects with no regard to safety of purchasers and at a 90% markup. Cover your rear end and trade values, etc. Sells cars knowingly with HUGE safety defects with no regard to safety of purchasers and at a 90% markup. Cover your rear end and run far, far away FAST!! Don’t believe me? Check out reviews on BBB. Guess they were run out of Holly. Word travels fast in a small town. Cars are in poor condition, rust holes bigger than your fist, high mileage with multiple mechanical and safety problems....Don’t go there if you value the safety of your family members. Paperwork done outside even after COVID restrictions relaxed. Totally unprofessional. GM wouldn’t give the customer the time of day. Sent Jesse to do his dirty work. Jesse you can do better. Go to a reputable dealership like Serra. More
Incredibly unhappy with almost everything I have had to deal with. Bought a car from them (I realize I personally did not inspect the car enough, that was my fault) from rolling of the lot it has been a ni deal with. Bought a car from them (I realize I personally did not inspect the car enough, that was my fault) from rolling of the lot it has been a nightmare. There was a peice of protective material covering the bottom of the car, it was dragging along the ground so I asked that it be removed as it's just to keep dirt of the engine bay. When they removed it exposed the exhaust, which was completely rusted out to the point that there wasn't exhaust coming out of the tips. I being a inexperienced buyer couldn't tell the difference between a "performance exhaust" and it literally being so rusted out that the muffler wasn't attached. My point being they clearly saw that it was wrong and never mentioned it to me. Both real rims are bent. There were some crappy plastic peices over the windows which Promptly fell off The 1st time I took the car to 90 MPH leaving a lovely glue mix. Had multiple codes for the engine come up at the exact same time a day after I bought it so I am assuming they cleared them but I can not be sure on that. Tires were also dedicated snow tires, something I should have noticed but would have been nice of the salesman would have mentioned that. Only good thing about my experience was that the salesman was pleasant I guess. More
Spoke with April on 4/28/21, she said a pickup was still available, we made appt. to see it the next day, she knew we were coming from Lansing. My friend left to go there. I called her to tell her what he available, we made appt. to see it the next day, she knew we were coming from Lansing. My friend left to go there. I called her to tell her what he looked like and driving, so she would know when he was there. She said oh the truck sold last night. What?! I asked why she didn't let us know. She didn't care. My friend turned around and came back. What was she going to do when he got there - try to sell him something more expensive?I left a message for the Gen Manager, have heard nothing. More

Unfortunately the Ortonville location isn’t listed but clearly owned by the same person. Stay away! Bought a 2009 Honda Pilot. We got 10 minutes down the road and 2 engine lights came on. We discovered clearly owned by the same person. Stay away! Bought a 2009 Honda Pilot. We got 10 minutes down the road and 2 engine lights came on. We discovered it was the tire pressure sensor and the catalytic converter. The radio was also off and needed a code. We now know why. The battery was most likely disconnected in order to clear out the engine light codes just long enough to test drive, purchase and get off the lot. We contacted the sales manager and asked for a fix of the converter and of course “you bought it as is”. We understand “as is” but we don’t understand dishonesty when selling cars. We have purchased many used cars in the past and this by far was the most disappointing purchase ever. We are now waiting for this vehicle to come out of the repair for $1800.00 we knew we had some items on fix on this vehicle but clearing codes is not right. Please please don’t visit this dealership for a used car purchase. The past reviews are mostly bad and we should have looked. Honesty and integrity is not the forefront of this dealership. More

I purchased a 2014 Ford F350 Superduty from Marsh, sight unseen. (First poor choice on my part). After putting down a deposit and no haggling, I called to wire the money, and the sales manager said it was unseen. (First poor choice on my part). After putting down a deposit and no haggling, I called to wire the money, and the sales manager said it was against their policy to give their wire transfer information out, especially on a conference call on an unsecured line (red flag#1). The sales manager said I could overnight a check, so against my better judgement, I got a certified check from my bank (who laughed at the wire transfer excuse and said it was absolutely absurd) and called the sales manager from the parking lot of FedEx to give him the chance to make me feel secure in this purchase. Questions asked: Q-"Why has this truck, at this reasonable price been for sale for so long?" A-"It's more expensive than most we sell, and it's been a work truck." Q"What is wrong with the truck?" A"Nothing, it drives great, runs great, just has a little wear and tear." Q"Is there any evidence of it being repainted, is it factory paint?" A"As far as I can tell, it is original paint." Well, I'd imagine the sales manager couldn't tell an orange from a banana, because when the truck rolled off of the trailer it shipped on, it was obvious the gold accent trim was added, as the metallic drips showed quite clearly. Upon further inspection, the rockers were completely rusted and pitted, the door seals and door cards were chewed up from a hack with an angle grinder and a wire wheel, and there was a layer of white paint directly over re emerging rust. The frame rails and rockers were completely packed with mud that had been undercoated over. There were new leather seat covers, and new carpet, which when peeled back, handfuls of gravel and dirt could be taken out, and the floor boards were covered with rust. The "Mykey" was active, which restricts speed and radio volume and requires an admin key. I called Zack, the salesman to let him know this and see what they could do for me since it's a 350$ fix at the dealership and he said it wasn't there before (the info display says it has driven 12xxx miles on mykey) and there's nothing they could do. As far as driving well, within the first 12 miles, on the highway at around 70, I experienced the Ford Death Wobble and had to pull over. *The Ford dealership just called and said that it would be around $12,000 to get the truck into good running condition. Ball Joints are shot, Tie rod ends loose, excessive carbon buildup in the intake and EGR, leaking water pump, vacuum pump, axle seals among other problems. *9/2/2020 This dealership has no integrity, they are the pinnacle of absolute slimy used car sales. If any of them called themselves decent humans, they would be continuing to lie. More
