My 2013 Altima required service (check engine light for recall due to CVT needing program update). I had a very short time schedule as I was leaving for vacation 3 days later. I was able to show up on a very busy Monday morning without an appointment and greeted with a smile by Morgana, regardless of the very busy atmosphere. They provided me with a loaner and I was on my way to work in less than 15 minutes. My car issue was resolved and I picked it up the next day, and again, greeted with a smile. My car was delivered via valet service in perfect working order. I was only there 15 minutes for the vehicle exchange. I was very impressed with the service level given how busy it appeared. I'd definitely recommend others for service at Marlboro Nissan. More
My Nissan Titan had a recall that needed to be addressed along with other regular maintenance. I also broke a hinge on my tailgate and needed to have it replaced. I scheduled my appointment on line and showed up at the designated time at Marlboro Nissan. I was greeted by three people that all smiled and wished me a good morning. I left my truck and was driven to work by a very friendly shuttle driver in a clean Quest minivan. I was a good way to start my day. I was kept in the loop by Murdoch every step of the way. He was always friendly, detailed and polite. He knows how to treat his customers. All of the work I requested was completed on time, for a reasonable price and my truck was parked where I left it. the inside was just as clean as when I dropped it off. All the repairs were done properly. I was glad I brought it back to my dealer. In today's world where really good customer service seems to be harder and harder to find, I was very impressed with my experience at Marlboro Nissan and with Murdoch. I purchased the truck from them in 2010 and love my Titan. It has been reliable and a great all around vehicle. I would not only buy another Nissan, I will be going to Marlboro Nissan first since they really value me and my business, a rare commodity today. I highly recommend Marlboro Nissan. After three years, I am still a satisfied customer. More

I was able to locate Marlboro Nissan with GPS and find it very easily. When i arrived at the dealership i went to parts and service and was greeted by a very friendly young man by the named of Chad. I explain to him what was going on with my SUV and with in no time he had my SUV ready to go. While i waited he showed me where to wait and offered me coffee. Chad also Kept me update every step of the way while the dealership worked on my SUV. I felt like Chad went beyond what his job title is to make me feel right at home. Before leaving Chad also wish farewell on my drive to my destination and gave me a card to the dealership just in case i were to have more car trouble. If i am ever in Boston again and were to have car trouble i would know where to get the best service by the friendly workers. More

I was involved in an accident a few years ago, and took my car to Nissan to have fixed. Morgana was the service rep who assisted me throughout an already stressful process. She was great throughout, patie my car to Nissan to have fixed. Morgana was the service rep who assisted me throughout an already stressful process. She was great throughout, patient and attentive while dealing with my multitude of questions. As a result, I have been doing my oil changes, and any other type of service necessary with you folks, because of the level of service I received from Ms. Cunha. More
Chris has excellent knowledge of what service is required on my car and gave excellent advice on how to maintain it. He clearly explains the work that was done and what work will need to be done in the futur on my car and gave excellent advice on how to maintain it. In summation I called Marlboro Nissan, spoke with Mr. Matt Keevan and he was very helpful and polite during the entire process. He was also able to answer a couple of additional questions that I had, and was very patient with me the entire time. Overall I was very pleased with how I was treated and I would definitely give them a call again for parts or maybe even a new car! Thanks!! More
