I bought my Altima a year ago and had a great experience at Marlboro Nissan. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive to my needs. I never thought buying a car could be so easy and enjoyable. I love my car and couldn't be happier! Today I spoke with Erin Lawson in customer service and felt compelled to write this review. Erin was extremely helpful & answered all my questions, but it was her ability to really connect with me that stood out. Erin asked how I was enjoying my new car and she was genuinely interested to know that I am happy with my purchase. I realize a lot of dealerships have reps who call their clients to check in, but not all dealerships have someone like Erin who truly cares and makes you feel like you are their most important client! If you are considering purchasing a new car, I recommend Marlboro Nissan...not only for the fast, friendly and reliable service...but also for Erin, who makes a difference in the lives of her customers...she cares and it shows. -Another Satisfied Customer More
My experience with Marlboro Nissan and specifically Jim McCall continues to be outstanding! My husband and I both work full time and we have 5 children, so spare time is something we have little of. Jim took care of everything for us and worked around our schedules. We wanted a new car for ourselves and we wanted to give our old Altima to one of our sons. We did not want to spend extravagantly, but we wanted a nice car for ourselves and Marlboro Nissan made it happen! made it happen More
Our over all experience with Marlboro Nissan has been positive. While purchasing our 2008 Maxima we couldn't have been happier with our experience with Mike Johnson, he was extremely professional and eas positive. I happened to be sick the day we were car shopping and Mike was completely understanding and let us think about our purchase overnight without the typical "If I can get you XXXX do we have a deal today" line you usually get while car shopping. Because of his understanding and patience, he made the sale. We have had several dealings with the service department due to warranty work, oil changes and an minor auto accident. Overall our experience with the Service Department has been great. Dan Hochburg has been a pleasure to work with. Due to his excellent customer service he was able to make a frustrating situation much easier. He has been very helpful and able to answer any questions we may have. The only complaint that I do have about my dealings with Marlboro Nissan is as follows: We had to have our Moonroof replaced due to defects. When we arrived to pick up our car the moonroof's computer was not set correctly and therefore the moonroof did not work properly,we had to wait for it to be reset. Also, we noticed that the panel above the seat in the back was ripped, we noticed it immediatly. It was very easy to see and we were a bit surprised that everything was not completely checked before they released the car. This Nissan dealer is not close to our house and we had to make an additional trip there to have the back panel replaced. I just thought it should be noted that a little more attention to detail would have been appreciated and would have saved us a trip. On a positive note, the service department, again, was very accomodating, apologetic and easy to work with. Mike Johnson and Dan Hochberg are a definite asset to this company. More

I have been to several service depatments and marlborough nissan's service department has been outstanding in all phases of service,and customer satisfaction especially dealing with Dan Hochberg. He goes beyond the call of duty to help you to make sure that your completly satisfied and your visit with them is second to none. I have never had this good service anywhere. I've been with Marlboro Nissan 5 years. I just recently traded in a leased Maxima and got the new 09 Altima. My schedule at work has been a little crazy so I was having a hard time coming back to the deal traded in a leased Maxima and got the new 09 Altima. My schedule at work has been a little crazy so I was having a hard time coming back to the dealership to pick up my registration and to get my sticker. I found a half hour on Sat to run down there and do what I had to do except it was well after 1:00. I know they don't do many stickers after 1:00, so I went and talked to Dan, he said it would be no problem and he sqeezed me in last minute!! He really made me feel welcomed and that I mattered as a customer! A+ for Customer Service! More
I have been doing business with Marlboro Nissan for 7 years and have had only excellent experiences. They are freiendly,courteous and extremely helpful. They have never tried to oversell me. This is the best Nissan dealership I have dealt with in many years. I have owned and or leased Nissans for the past 18 years and have not been happier than in marlboro. They are also very easy to buy vehicles from. It was the easiest deal I ever made. More
Although prices for labor and parts might be higher at this dealer, the honesty, courtesy and "know how" are well worth the little extra cost. It is never difficult to get an appointment, parts are always this dealer, the honesty, courtesy and "know how" are well worth the little extra cost. Marlborough Nissan has kept my 2001 Pathfinder (which I purchased new at Marlborough Nissan)running like new. I can't say enough for the congenial manner of all the service people especially dan. More
