My son bought a van on a Saturday and was told he could pick it up on Monday. A week later he still could not get any communication. He finally got the van, and when he tried to get tags he found out he wa pick it up on Monday. A week later he still could not get any communication. He finally got the van, and when he tried to get tags he found out he was given an inactive title. Again, zero communication. This has to be the worst customer service I have encountered. At least one thing is consistent, every answer from every person in that dealership is "I don't know". I would be embarrassed to work in a company that has a 1.5 rating, these folks don't seem to care! More
I bought a 17 ram used from them and the engine light was on the salesman said they would take care of it he told me it was on because the battery was dead. Well it wasn’t that ended up being code number PO4 on the salesman said they would take care of it he told me it was on because the battery was dead. Well it wasn’t that ended up being code number PO456 which is a small vacuum leak they took the truck and look at it 3 different time for about six weeks and said it was the gas cap. In the end they wanted to charge me to work on it also they said my alternator was bad which I never did change it’s still running a year later. So they never fixed the problem. I ended up watching YouTube videos and fixed it myself More
My mother brought her car to Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet for a recall. When she went to pick it up it had been wrecked by an impaired driver through no fault of the dealership. The dealership sent it to their a recall. When she went to pick it up it had been wrecked by an impaired driver through no fault of the dealership. The dealership sent it to their insurance and we were told it was approved and would be repaired by 5/8. No updates were given and I went to the dealership on 5/14. The representative in the service department called the body shop in front of me and said that more damage had been found but the repair had been approved and the car would be ready by 5/19. Once again, no call or update so on 6/2 my mother went to the dealer and was informed that the repair had not been approved and the car would be totaled out and she would receive a check. It is absolutely ridiculous that this dealership couldn’t be bothered with even calling to update a customer on two separate occasions. I would not recommend using their service department to anyone More
I called to book an appointment for service. They said, it would be around a week before they could get to it. And then ask me to leave my car at the dealership roughly a week. Traded in my used truck for a low mileage 2018 truck. We both agreed on an out the door price, signed the purchase agreement and off I went in the new truck. The loan went through no problem. They call back a week later and said they made an error in calculations on the purchase agreement and I owe 2000.00+ dollars. They refuse to do the title work until I pay up! More
WOW... when they strive for unprofessionalism, they hit it out of the park. I called asking for a sales associate and was told that she "fled the country". He continued with this BS about the election an it out of the park. I called asking for a sales associate and was told that she "fled the country". He thought he was center stage at the discount comedy club for the hard of hearing instead of selling cars at a "reputable dealership". So then I get internet sales manager and explain the "comedy" act of one of their associates and how it was demeaning, irrelevant, and not any way shape or form for sales. He agreed. He was given specific information on which vehicles I was looking for and how to reach me through email. A few hours later I get a call from some "fleet sales" "weasel" person asking what I wanted. Well since you asked, someone with the ability to listen, do their job and come through with something. I said I gave specific descriptions of the vehicles I am looking for to the last guy and he said he was in internet sales. I said I didn't care where he was from, and he was told to contact me via email only. Fleet sales guy (spineless waffle guy) started back peddling. I explained "Chuckles the Ignorant Clown Side Show Act" and was told that he couldn't control others at the dealership. I asked if he was a manager and he said no. I asked to speak to his manger, who was out for the day. Called back and got the receptionist- asked wanted to speak to manager and got put through voice mail. Explained why I was upset and she didn't understand, explained I wanted to speak to live person. She put me through to her bosses voice mail. Weasels manager called back and after saying that he was told I was upset and his sales associate was very upset as well. I explained how the service was there so far and he seemed to understand what was wrong. Ironically he has the information on the truck, color, etc. He said that he needed more information and that is why they called. I explained Weasel said he didn't have anything, yet his boss mentioned the truck, style and color I was looking for. The additional information could have been obtained via email, but I digress. Does anyone there listen? Any one able to do customer service in a professional way. I was wanting two vehicles to begin with, and wanting to add a few more here after the first of the year. But these people got "jokes", a case of the "pass the potato", along with the "I don't know" and of course the most important "It is not my job". How they even seem to work together to get inventory to sell a vehicle to luring in customers is beyond me. I am wondering what Mark Wahlberg would think if he heard these calls (they are recorded). Not a good investment with service like this. Fleet sales manager is to send me information. I hope he gets control of the sales team before it is too late. More
brought my 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe in worked with Mark Evans because it was showing check right rear tire tried relearning the sensors problem still occurred took it back then he said i think you have more than because it was showing check right rear tire tried relearning the sensors problem still occurred took it back then he said i think you have more than a tire sensor problem im gonna need my front end guy to look at it which he couldnt do that day i was like fine then im taking to my dealer back home and have them figure it out had them replace the sensor and haven’t had a problem since clearly Mark Evans doesnt know anything about Chevrolet’s would not recommend working with him. They had exceptional staff who were at the top of their game and willing to do whatever it took to get me my new car. I will defiantly be going back. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new car. More
