Don't go here to buy or service. . Bought a car 6 months ago, took it in a month later because of issues with it jerking. Told it needed to get used to new driver. NOT! It needed ma . Now the extended warranty won't cover any part of the repair and a recall part was not fixed before the sale! Want me to drive it to them because I'm within 50 miles!! I will not drive it that far when its not shifting right and does not accelerate, and risk getting stranded or in an accident! Now I'm without a vehicle and paying for it! The representatives say they will see what they can do and never call back! They use canned responses to reviews and in their chat and text options! Just brush you off with these! I understand used and new vehicles will need repairs and some paid out of pocket, but to be lied to because they dont want to fix an issue they knew about, sell a extended warranty for thousands that doesnt cover anything, is just BS! I got sold a lemon. Way to take advantage of people and more so those without perfect credit and thousands in the bank to cover major repairs. I will be contacting the BBB and Attorney General!! The 2500 was so they could keep the lights on he said lol. I looked it up online when left. They were asking me for more than it was advertised just because I was already in the store. I was disappointed. They lost my business and I get something new ever couple years. That's a shame because I liked Mark as an actor. More
