Gave it a one star because I couldn't give it ZERO, On our 2nd visit to look at the same vehicle we were prepared to buy. Magically a line item showed up for two thousand dollar 'market adjustment" Walked out. Pro tip, just put the price of the vehicle down on paper and don't try to sneak in two thousand dollars. Completely dishonest, no excuse. Greg was our salesperson. My advice, find another dealer and ask them straight up for any sudden surprise fees they feel like dreaming up. I couldn't be more disappointed. More
Came in because I was told a car I was interested in was available. Once I got there they told me it was not. Offered other vehicles that had a "final price" listed on the site that matched what they were s available. Once I got there they told me it was not. Offered other vehicles that had a "final price" listed on the site that matched what they were showing me... Only once they showed me the true final price it included a 2k "market adjustment", their $900 required poly and screwed with how they displayed my trade in so that it looked like they were giving me more than they were. I'll go somewhere honest and transparent, thank you. Not your dealership. More
I took my GMC 3500 here to have my brakes checked, and other routine service. I told them I was concerned about the brakes because I tow my 18k 5th wheel camper, and had been told by others about noise fr other routine service. I told them I was concerned about the brakes because I tow my 18k 5th wheel camper, and had been told by others about noise from the brakes. They performed the other services, but didn't mention the brakes, so I asked. They told me I had nearly half life left on the pads. 19 days later, while towing in the Virginia mountains, the brakes completely failed due to being worn to absolutely nothing! They didn't look at them, and then chose to lie about it. When I called the service manager about it, he said he would check into it and get back to me, but of course, he didn't. He just gave me lip service, to get me off of the phone! More

I bought a used Ram truck from the Columbus dealership. They said it was inspected and sound. That was a bunch of lies. Immediately I had to put 5K in the front end etc. When I called them the manager sai They said it was inspected and sound. That was a bunch of lies. Immediately I had to put 5K in the front end etc. When I called them the manager said what did you expect it was used. I said I'm going to let Mr. Wahlburg know....They just laughed at me. More
Give a one because can’t give a half. Had ok experience in buying initially, but then took forever to get the car out of detail prep to leave and paperwork. Got out eventually, only to ge Had ok experience in buying initially, but then took forever to get the car out of detail prep to leave and paperwork. Got out eventually, only to get a call the next day that paperwork was forgotten. Wound up having someone come to house two times and return to the dealership once to finalize paperwork. Bought vehicle in October. First big snow in Columbus, couldn’t get through. With all wheel drive SUV? Looked closer at tires, completely bald. I am certain we checked that when looking at car and am convinced they swapped out tires and that is why took so long to get vehicle from detail. Fast forward couple more months, sun hits the front bumper just right and see a difference in paint. Clearly was in accident and never disclosed to us. Fast forward to this past weekend year and a half later…went to renew tags (first time since purchase due to some health issues causing us to miss last year). License plate still registered to the vehicle we traded in and no record of this vehicle. Come to realize we never received the memorandum title. We have been calling over and over. Left voicemails for title and GM. No response. We will never use another Wahlberg dealership after the overall experience and total incompetence we have witnessed. Will steer everyone we know away as well. More
Wow, they will say and do anything to get you into a car. That’s where the experience ends. The vehicle I bought needed the front camera replaced, the salesman said they would call me in a day or two to comp That’s where the experience ends. The vehicle I bought needed the front camera replaced, the salesman said they would call me in a day or two to complete the work (after attempting it and another cord breaking.). They did not call. A week later, I texted Dave, the salesman, and he told me to bring it in Friday. I had to reschedule, he told me to bring it in Monday. When I arrived at service Monday, no one was expecting me because he had not told them I was coming in or made me an appointment. After waiting for him again to find me a rental, which was also promised, I made an appointment for 7:30 am today and left without the camera. Got there at 7:30. Dropped the car, was told I could get a shuttle home and that it would be about 2 hours. Shuttled home and waited. At noon I started calling for an update. I spoke to three humans and numerous voicemails and got no response. When I finally got ahold of the manager of service at 2:30 he was less than helpful. Told me it wasn’t a two hour job, that they can’t shuttle me back past 4 and that he could bring me my car in the morning. The morning?!? Meanwhile I had been waiting 7 hours! No word on delay. No returned calls. When I asked who was in charge of the service department, the manager said, “I am!” Let’s just say if the way he handled this incident is any indication, you can brace yourself for a waiting game. I have free oil changes there and am considering paying for them elsewhere just to avoid this place. I wish you luck if you choose to do business with them. More
First we went to this Dealership because my bank had them in the pool to purchase a vehicle. Arrived with already approved NOT pre approved. They still tried to pick another bank for financing. Be sure you in the pool to purchase a vehicle. Arrived with already approved NOT pre approved. They still tried to pick another bank for financing. Be sure you read everything because these guys try to fast talk you. Tried sticking several fees in the sale. Already had a set rate, they TRIED to milk more money. Anyway, trust the one ⭐️ reviews. I believe in Karma so what goes around, comes around. Mark Wahlberg you should be ashamed of putting your name on this dealership. Unless you don’t care about your reputation. More
All i can say worst dealership i have ever been to! !!! They tried to sell me a truck that was already preordered by someone else. Talked to them for a week to make sure truck was still on the lot. Drov !!! They tried to sell me a truck that was already preordered by someone else. Talked to them for a week to make sure truck was still on the lot. Drove 1:30 minutes for the salesman to tell me that Truck has sold 2 days before. Even though they called me 3 times to make sure i was coming in to test drive the truck. Then was yelled at by the salesman for not wanting a different truck. NEVER AGAIN !!! More
Reading through all the reviews here, I am in shock because my experience differed greatly from those already posted. I traded in my very-low-mileage BMW 7 Series M-Sport (that I got a higher trade- because my experience differed greatly from those already posted. I traded in my very-low-mileage BMW 7 Series M-Sport (that I got a higher trade-in value than other dealerships were offering) on a 2016 Range Rover Evoque, and the level of service, care and attention I received was exemplary. Despite there being some confusion over who my sales person was going to be (it started out being Patrick Mantle and ended up being Taylor (I can't remember his last name), I have to say - Taylor has taken EXCELLENT care of me - from the start of the transaction to the satisfactory conclusion! Taylor listened to all my concerns & criteria for financing, addressed a service issue with the vehicle I traded for, etc., etc., all without ever giving a bit of challenge. I feel like I was heard, my needs cared about, everything. Even the finance process went exceedingly smoothly. Overall, the entire transaction went very, very well, and if you have the good fortune to work with Taylor on purchasing from this dealership, I'm sure your experience will be similar to mine. More
