Although the mileage complete to require an oil change had not yet been achieved, I decided to have the vehicle serviced prior to taking it on a vacation to California. Unfortunately, the evening that I had the vehicle serviced, it was hit by a hit-and-run driver and totaled. Never got to take it on the trip. Interestingly, the vehicle that totaled my Subaru Legacy was a Subaru Forester. More

Exceeding expectations It was very easy to work with the sales representative. He helped me sort out the vehicles I was interested in seeing in more detail, then helped me It was very easy to work with the sales representative. Steve was the only person who was not pushy to get the sale. He provided answers to all of my questions and didn't exhibit the stereotypical "salesman" personality. I put in a request for information on a car via KSL and received a call back within minutes from Shane Killpack. When I was able to check out the car, Alex Kuhn greeted me with a smile. Alex was able to get my Trade-in appraised while I was out test driving the Honda. When I got back, he sat down and respectfully answered each of my silly questions. We continued to communicate by email and he was even kind enough to answer my questions on his day off. When Saturday came, Alex had everything set in motion for the close of sale.
