Mark Miller Subaru exceeds the definition of 'Excellent Customer Service.' Having dealt with numerous automobile dealerships over the years I have seen it all, from 'high-pressure' salespeople to 'unscrupu Customer Service.' You won't find either of these at Mark Miller Subaru. Without exception, everyone I had dealings with at Mark Miller Subaru were helpful, polite, honest, and well-trained in providing excellent 'customer service.' Carla York, our salesperson, was a delight to work with, even taking nearly 30 minutes to ensure that my wife knew her new car well both inside and out before driving it home. Pete Philbrook, the finance person, was polite, friendly, and not pushy at all when offering the usual extended warranty, service plan, insurance, etc. While I had to work a bit to get the 'best' price here after all was said and done we got our new Legacy for a great price. Overall, this dealership was a great experience and we would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used Subaru. More
