I arrived early, and was met by Tom Francis, a service adviser I have known for quite awh I believe that Mark Miller Subaru has the very best service! I arrived early, and was met by Tom Francis, a service adviser I have known for quite awhile. He greeted me by name (!) which is amazing since he sees so many people, and quickly took the needed information about my visit. He contacted Uber for me since there was not a shuttle driver available and I was taken home while my vehicle was being serviced. I told him that my digital spedometer was out and he went right to the problem and showed me how to bring it back up! He was so knowledgeable and when I returned, again via Uber, he quickly went over the 30,000 mile service I received, accepted payment and I was on my way. He is the best and a great asset to Mark Miller Service! Please thank him for me! More

Great dealer and service, but worst body shop/collision center experience I've ever had!
