Considerate and knowledgeable Curtis went out of his way to educate us on the various options available in a used Outback, and contacted us when something new became available that Curtis went out of his way to educate us on the various options available in a used Outback, and contacted us when something new became available that might meet our needs. We appreciated his keeping us -- and our priorities -- in mind. He also arranged to have someone else help us when he would be unavailable, and Mark and Mont were great to work with as we finalized our purchase. Curtis, Carlos, Mark, and Mont each spent a good deal of time with us, and we were never rushed, although it sometimes felt unnecessary to wait for the designated person to help us while others were standing around with nothing to do. It also would have been helpful to receive more detailed information on the available warranties earlier in the process, but we were pleased with Mont's guidance about our options, and the financing process was actually pretty slick and painless. Their concierge service was an unexpected plus! We will definitely return to this dealership. More

Great service, great wait! My new Ascent went in to replace a leaky turbo seal - although no one really suspected that's what it might be. They figured it out, and since it was going to take a couple of days, I needed a loaner. They gave me one and since we live at the top of a snowy mountain, they even transferred our snow tires onto the loaner. My car was ready when they said, and the cafe where I grabbed lunch (I was early and they had to switch tires back) staff was friendly and the custom ramen was delicious! More

Quick Service When Busy I arrived in the morning without an appointment and could tell the service department was very busy. But they offered to have the express service loo I arrived in the morning without an appointment and could tell the service department was very busy. But they offered to have the express service look at my brakes which I knew were in bad shape. After evaluating they told me what needed to be done and were able to have new front brakes and rotors installed and out the door in about 1.5 hours. Thank you for taking the extra step and looking for another avenue besides the traditional scheduled service to help me get my car repaired. More
