I purchased a beautiful white used 3 year old (2022) CX9 from this dealership. They allowed me to take the car for inspection which doesn’t always happen. I worked with Joe and the manager Jonathan. I went to this dealership to close on a used 2023 Honda CR-V; the salesperson and I had agreed on a final price. When my wife and I arrived and test-drove the car, the salesperson quoted us a higher price, CR-V; the salesperson and I had agreed on a final price. When my wife and I arrived and test-drove the car, the salesperson quoted us a higher price, stating, “My manager couldn’t go any lower.” I confronted him, expressing that he had lied about the price and that I didn’t appreciate his dishonesty. My wife and I left and then contacted customer service. Someone responded right away, assuring us that the agreed price would be honored. We returned the next day and closed the deal. We were assigned a different salesperson who also turned out to be dishonest. He provided us with only one key for the car (which is very unusual) and promised to call us within an hour with the name of someone who could make a spare key for us. After a week, I sent a message requesting the information, but I was ignored. I contacted customer service through chat, and I was informed, “Someone will contact you within two days.” After another week, no one reached out to me. I called yesterday, and they told me the same lie. On the day we finalized the car purchase, we overheard a similar situation that had occurred the day before. A Hispanic man was expressing his frustration because a salesperson had promised him a final price, but when he arrived to finalize the deal, the price was significantly higher. This dealership seems to have dishonest salespeople who don’t keep their word, and it seems they treat Hispanics under different standards. More

I bought my first Lincoln, yesterday evening. Clint Drews was great to work with and helped put the deal together that lead to the purchase. I stopped to look, but did not intend to buy at the time, but Clint took the time to show me all of the features of the Aviator and didn't rush through the process. Clint and Brian Green worked together as a team to gather the necessary documentation and finalize the deal. Ervin James in the finance department put the final touches on everything and he worked efficiently but still took time to explain the financing part of the deal. I have heard people talk about the Lincoln experience and the team at Mark Ficken lived up to the expectations. Thanks Drew, Brian and Ervin! More
