We had baught our car here a few years ago and was very pleased with the service and the salesman so we decided to go back to look into getting an SUV. Donnie was very helpful and friendly and tried to go out of his way to help us, but the management would not negotiate on the posted price at all so we ended up feeling unsure of purchasing the vehicle. I went into the Used Car Lot not sure of what I wanted but positive I would only buy what I liked and not what they wanted to sell me. He did not push for a decision but helped me to sell myself on the vehicle I eventually bought. The General Mgr was very negotionable and fair. He was willing to work with me and made a deal that I thought was fair for both of us. The final step was the Finance manager and I appreciated his demeanor as well. He gave me choices and had patience as I had many questions. He gave me the time I needed to make those decisions. Buying a car can be a very frustrating and anxious time. This was the easiest experience I have ever had in buying a car. I want to thank the whole team at Mcgraths for helping me. I would definetely work with them again. More

Wow is all I can begin to say about my overall experience! I heard about Marion Used Car Superstore on the Radio and thought I'd give it a shot since my old car died. Nervous just like anybody else going to a car lot, wondering what kind of sales person I'd run into, lucky for me, Logan found me on the lot, greeted me with a smile and answered all the questions I had about a 2010 Chevy Malibu! No pressure at all! I was shocked! So I took it for a test drive, of coursed loved it. I then went in and talked to Jim, the GM of the store, who was nice and helpful! I got the price and terms I liked and couldn't refuse the deal! I then got into financing with Tim Dea, who was very nice and has a great sense of humor!
