I have shared this with many friends to which at least 4 have come and purchased vehicles from Ricky because he is amazing to deal with. Your store is blessed to have such a dedicated salesman that truly cares about the people he is working with. Low Stress simplified buying process! I live 70 miles away but needed to get a more reliable car for my daughter who is at college in Cedar Rapids. Found the car online in McGrath's used c I live 70 miles away but needed to get a more reliable car for my daughter who is at college in Cedar Rapids. Found the car online in McGrath's used car inventory and requested more info at midnight. By early that morning I was contacted by Spencer who set the ball rolling. He understood I had little time to car shop or hang out in a dealership. He helped set up a time for my daughter to test drive the car and provided me an electronic form to request financing. After the test drive and a 10 min phone call with the finance guys and we had a deal worked out. I drove to Cedar Rapids and spent only 30 minutes at the dealership signing some papers and was out the door with a safe and reliable car at a fair price. Joel Havlicek, Spencer Miller and all the associates at McGrath are the best! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership if you are looking for efficient, friendly and fair auto buying. More

Best 1st car buying experience !!! Yesterday I traded in my old car from high school and bought a 2012 Nissan Altima coupe. I am a 20 year old female and This was my first car buying experience. I had heard some not so good things about McGrath, (pushy, rude etc.) so I had my dad come with me. My sales person was Ray Lopez and the sales manager who helped was Ryan Fall. These two guys changed both my dad & i's perception of McGrath 100%!! They were so nice, so friendly and very helpful. Great Salesperson Quite surprised with how pleasant the car buying experience here was compared to other neighboring dealerships. My sales person was Jared Kincheloe an Quite surprised with how pleasant the car buying experience here was compared to other neighboring dealerships. My sales person was Jared Kincheloe and he was awesome at his job: smooth, laid back, and not pushy at all. I was in and out for a period of 4 days testing different cars. Jared and Spencer helped me get a feel for the best car that I would enjoy the most. Once I found the type of car that I liked, they found me an even better one with lower miles, newer year, and at a great deal. I was pre-approved before I went in to the dealership but Spencer was able to get me an even better APR. I am now the owner of a nearly new Ford fusion and I am still confident that I chose the right dealership to purchase a vehicle. If you visit this location, ask for Jared, his customer service skills are impressive and he actually listens to your wants/needs. More

Cat & mouse Started on a Monday got pre approved. 9Emails and 5 phone calls later finally had deal in place. Then they called back wanted $500 more. Friday e-mail Started on a Monday got pre approved. 9Emails and 5 phone calls later finally had deal in place. Then they called back wanted $500 more. Friday e-mailed me to see if I was still interested. Told them yes I came up with $500 more with my trade. 4 Emails &3 phone calls later I'm told we don't want your trade you need at least $3000 down. None of them knew a xxxx thing about car they was selling to begin with. Bunch of sharks in suits playing bait & switch. For $12,000 I'll take my business where it's appreciated. 2 days 9 hours total wasted. More
