They need to put him in charge to clean the place up. The only reason why I even for a hot second considered coming back to this place is because they had the car I wanted and they said they were under new management. The determining factor why I came back was my salesperson Colton Hansen. So I got to the dealership, and Ray Lopez assisted me. He was very helpful and took care of me. I had a rental car and I wanted to drive my new car home. He was conscious of time because he knew I was in a hurry because I had a rental to get back. He suggested calling the rental place in which I dropped of the rental and enterprise dropped me off and I could drive my new car home. It made my day! Ray was extremely helpful. I will probably also put this in a separate review so he gets a good review for his good service. So long story short, the hood of this Kia Soul had a giant down to the metal gouge on the hood so it was going into repaint. I got a loaner car that the power steering went out. I had a chiropractor appointment to get to so I had to drive it there like that and I strained a muscle in my shoulder. (It felt better after a few days because it was just a strain). I talked to MARCUS and told him what happened. When I was leaving the chiropractor appointment the power steering started working again. I called MARCUS back and he said he wanted to swap it out for safety reasons just in case it happens while I'm driving. So I thought ok this is good. They came and swapped the car out for another. About an hour later when I turned the key there was a message on the dash that said that the tire was low. So I took it to gas station and put air in it and $10 in gas. Then I drove it another 5-6 blocks to Fareway and back to my apartment. About 50 min after I put air in my tire I got back into the car again and I'll be a xxxxxx's uncle the tire was low again. I called the dealership about a min before they closed and the lady that answered the phone transferred me into the "operator voice mail" rather than the person I asked for, MARCUS. So the tire did go flat and I didn't have a darn car to get to work. Who is paying for that?!? Not to mention all the stress. It ruined my whole weekend. I CAN'T GET THAT BACK!!! So I called Chevyland and left a voicemail for Gavin and surprise surprise MARCUS calls me at 7:53 and mentioned swapping out the car again. No apology about my inconvenience no XXXXing nothing just ok I'll swap it out. I mentioned that my car was supposed to be done in paint today and I said if that was done it would work better. He said he was going to be to work in 5 min and he would check on it and call me back. Well 3 hours later I called back because NOTHING was done yet. I got my salesperson Colton on the line and he took care of it all and brought me a nice HHR that wasn't faulty so I could take care of my business and not worry about being stranded. When he got to my apartment he said he could tell it was the valve stem. Don't XXXXING tell me that if it went completely flat in two hrs because the valve stem was bad or not in right that nobody knew!!!!!!!!!! As cheesy as it sounds, Colton came to the rescue like a knight in shining armor when the manager MARCUS stood around like an idiot in tin foil. COLTON SHOULD BE RUNNING THAT PLACE!!!
