My 22 year old son bought a certified used GMC pickup- all went smooth, until the check engine light came on the next day! Drove it to a more local dealer and they flashed the ecu. Brought it back and it turns out to be the lifters are bad. No way that happened in one 60 mile drive! They knew and sold it to him anyways. I called to try to negotiate something for him in good faith, and was told there was “ nothing financial” they could do. He also was charged $3500 for a GM extended warranty - turns out that should be more in the $1500-2000 range tops. They offered a loaner, which is part of his contract- 3 weeks into the problem. Terrible business practice. I’m going to tell every person I know to tell every person they know( all union workers electricians, fitters, plumbers, carpenters , etc) to spread the word about them. First car buying experience - a $40.000 truck he will always be waiting for something else to go wrong with. Nice…. More

Initially, I was hesitant to buy a car out of state as I thought it would be a complex and tedious process, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was from start to finish. We hopped on the second ferry of the day and took the next ferry back! What impressed me most about this D'Addario Buick dealership was the level of support and guidance that was provided. The process was smooth, seamless, and stress-free from the beginning. The sales representative Horacio along with General Manager Josh went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process being extremely professional and welcoming. When I arrived at the D'Addario Buick dealership to pick up my car, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about cars, which made me feel confident in my purchase. Their selection of vehicles was impressive, and their prices were fair and competitive, and straightforward -- no hidden fees!!!!!!!!! First, I found the car I wanted online and contacted the D'Addario Buick dealership after doing a google search of CT dealers near the Bridgeport Ferry. The General Manager Josh replied to my email directly, and dealt with him through most of the online process. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He answered all my questions promptly and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Next, we went through the financing process, which was easy and straightforward. The D'Addario Buick dealership used an online portal to apply for financing, and I was able to provide all the necessary documentation easily via email. I picked a day that worked for our schedule, hopped on the ferry, and when I arrived at the D'Addario Buick dealership was right outside Bridgeport and the car was waiting for me in pristine condition and was exactly as described in the listing. Overall, I can't recommend buying a car out of state at their dealership enough. The process was hassle-free, the D'Addario Buick dealership was helpful and trustworthy, and I ended up with the perfect car. So if you are considering buying a car out of state, go ahead and do it – you won't regret it! More

The sales person that I normally deal with Sean Glover got promoted to sales manager. Greg A. Was and will be my future salesman. His knowledge and customer service skills were superior and made the purchase process. Very easy and comfortable. I highly recommend the staff not only in sales and service as well for both the Nissan and GM service and sales. Kudos to Jim Larsen in the finance department to give me the best rate available. I can’t be any more satisfied and thank you for making my birthday present very possible with ease. More

Brought my car into service the splash shield under engine was not put back on correctly the tech did not put in the clips the splash shield was touching the ground. I called service department told them about the problem and asked them what they could do for my inconvenience they would do nothing this dealership is very clean the workers are friendly but management is terrible I have 2 Cadillacs and I will not do business with this dealership again More
