But I clicked on it, and a few minutes later Chelsea called me, I hesitated but told her what we were trying to purchased and she jumped into it with confidence and start giving me details of the inventory and what possible pricing they could offer us better than the other offers we had just gotten... after a good chat, we headed to Marina del Rey where Chelsea made us feel informed and comfortable, not just by offering us water and coffee but giving us the ins and outs of the paper work and discounts. As she worked with her manager she kept us informed, and then finished working with the kind Mr. De La Cruz, who makes you feel at ease even when you are signing a testament... and we ended with the two cars we wanted and are now enjoying! More
