Horrible Car Shopping Experience After scouring the net for a Black 2017 Toyota Corolla iM, internet manager Natalie Terry told me she had one in stock and she recommended coming into After scouring the net for a Black 2017 Toyota Corolla iM, internet manager Natalie Terry told me she had one in stock and she recommended coming into the dealer. Upon arrival, I walked the lot with the salesman, Alex, and we couldn't find the Black Corolla iM. We test drove a radiant blue one instead, but I was assured by Alex the other one was nearby at another lot. Once we returned from the test drive, Alex assured me the Black vehicle was getting brought in as we spoke. For that reason, we should move forward with running my credit and starting paperwork. Alex printed out a copy of the vehicle on paper, with a VIN, and so I trusted him and Natalie, who came to talk with him privately in that moment, to run my credit. 2 hours later, the salesman couldn't get the car. They didn't own it. They were trying to request a trade with another dealer. I ran my credit with them for nothing. Wasted 3 hours of my Friday. When I complained to Toyota National, Toyota National informed me that Marina Del Rey Toyota said, "I changed my mind on the color after running my credit." This is falsified information. Never again. More
