Great experience buying a car at Marina Del Rey Toyota Just purchased a 2018 Camry from this dealership. Worked with Mayra Lopez on an internet sales quote which was very competitive. Set up an appointment to come drive the car and close the deal. Car was ready and waiting to drive, (unlike at Culver City Toyota who made us wait 35 minutes to find car, move cars to reach it, and then fuel car despite having an appointment...) The quote was honored at the Marina dealership when we arrived and we moved forward with writing up the sales contract and processing our pre-approved loan from Kinecta Credit Union we had secured before arrival. (Again at Culver City Toyota the quoted sales price was not honored at all and there was an attempt by the manager to start the negotiations over entirely. We walked out and went directly to Marina Del Rey and closed the deal there.) Service was excellent throughout at Marina Toyota and Mayra was very easy to work with and extremely no-nonsense in her approach. Very refreshing experience and we are very happy new car owners!
