If I could give less than 1 star I would! I drove 1.5 hours each way to buy a brand new truck, I even put down a down payment! Upon the next business day it was discovered that my pay off was more that hours each way to buy a brand new truck, I even put down a down payment! Upon the next business day it was discovered that my pay off was more that I had originally thought! My fault I own that! This put me at the very top of my budget which I wasn't comfortable with so I ended the deal! Upon requesting my refund for my deposit I was told that I need to drive the 3 hour round trip that they simply can't refund my card and refused to mail me a check for the amount! Way to be helpful Marina Dodge!!! Better believe that I'll be post this everywhere! More

After hand washing the car, I found signs of a repaint. I then took the car to a local dealership where the body shop manager showed me where it had been damaged and repainted. In addition, after a couple of more hand washes, the polish started wearing off uncovering multiple scratches In the paint that had been disguised by the ‘polishing’ job they charge as a line item in their sale. As expected they won’t do anything about it. My question is how could this vehicle have passed a multiple point Certified Pre Owned inspection and not have the paint issues recognized? Especially since it was ‘polished.’ Anyone polishing/waxing a vehicle would’ve noticed these issues. And, why wasn’t previous damage noted on their AutoCheck Report? Don’t waste your time with Marina. Do your business elsewhere. More

Felt like I needed to take a shower after leaving this place. Their sales tactics are so slimy it's disgusting. Found a better dealer elsewhere and didn't feel dirty getting the deal. I set up an appointment for Transmission Fluid and Filter replacement ( not a flush and fill) for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and when I arrived at the service department I specifically explained what I want replacement ( not a flush and fill) for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and when I arrived at the service department I specifically explained what I wanted and she understood because she asked me that I do not need my filter to be replaced at 56000 miles and I said that's ok I still want to do that. when the service was completed I was given the invoice indicating that Transmission Fluid and Filter service was performed. I went home and looked under the vehicle and saw that the Tranny guard plate has not been removed which is required in order to remove the tranny panel and tranny panel itself has not been replaced because it was still full of dirt and salt. Another fact is that they did not charge me for the cost of filter on the invoice( just shows fluids costs) and third fact that it only took 55 minutes for them to perform the so called Transmission Fluid and Filter service. They lied to me and according to their invoice they did not perform a service they promised. this is UNLAWFUL and a good case for small claim court. The manger told me that he is going to make it right by ordering the filter and have me come in when the part is in. WHY DIDNT THEY DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. it is two weeks later and still no calls from the dealer to make it so call RIGHT More

Everything started off pretty well - our salesman was brand new (started 4 weeks prior), so he was a little green, but very motivated, friendly, and eager to help. On the first night, I was told by the salesman and the used car manager that the dealership would write me a check to pay off my final two lease payments. We "signed" a deal that first night (on a handwritten line, no actual contract or agreement) and put a down payment on the car - no major complaints. The next day, I called the used car manager with some questions regarding how much I need to finance (because I wasn't given a purchase agreement), left a voicemail and never got a call back. The next week, apparently the car is ready to be picked up, but I still don't know how much I have to finance. Call the salesman and he tells me he can't tell me a final price until I meet with the finance director. But I'm not financing through the dealership... Few text messages later, I finally get a number that included taxes, title, and other fees. Apply for the loan through my bank, bank gets back to me that the purchase agreement the dealership sent over was $2K higher than the number I was told by the salesman. What happened? Someone "accidentally" added in a warranty that I did not approve or agree to. Get back on the phone with the salesman and says the first number he gave me "did not include taxes, title, and other fees." Now that's interesting. Few heated minutes later, all of a sudden "there's an error" and he realized the warranty was added on. Get that taken off. New purchase agreement is sent to me to review before it goes to the bank. Why is the final vehicle price still $490 higher than the retail price of the car? Because instead of giving me a check for my final two lease payments like I was told and "paying off your loan" like they advertise, they're going to roll those last two payments into the financing amount. So they're not actually doing anything for you and now you're paying interest on those payments. FYI used car manager still hasn't called me back at this point. Now we have to go to the dealership to sit down with the used car manager and the salesman in person and try to get this straightened out. The used car manager is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. Very rude and seriously lacks customer service skills. Kept aggressively pointing to the paper I signed on the first night and instead of calmly explaining why there was confusion just kept saying "but you signed, this is your signature, you signed this." Yeah bud, I know my signature, but the lease payoff was not explained correctly and was purposefully misleading. On top of that, he added, "why would we do that" referring to paying off my lease. Um maybe because that's what you told me what you were going to do and also what the entire dealership advertises. After feeling so frustrated at this point and almost pulling the deal, I finally go to pick up the car. I'm told to be there at 4:30 to meet with the finance director to sign the final papers and after waiting 50 minutes for the guy we finally sit down to sign everything. Wouldn't you think they would have everything printed off and ready to go before you arrive? Apparently, that's not how they do business. Oh, and they only put a half tank of gas in used cars before you go home? Cool. Despite all of the frustration and issues, the salesman has a lot of potential and could really thrive at a different dealership. But never, ever will I refer anyone to do business at Marina Dodge. He was so professional and courteous that he could write a 'how to' manual. Greeted me at the door with a smile as I came in, introduced himself, and then went on about his business. I was so impressed that I asked the receptionist if I could have him help me select a vehicle. He did and the rest is history. I got my dream car and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Marina Dodge for your next car buying experience. More
Worst customer service ever! I took my car in to have the check engine light checked. The appointment reminder e-mail they sent me said I could drop my car off at 7 am. I arrived I took my car in to have the check engine light checked. The appointment reminder e-mail they sent me said I could drop my car off at 7 am. I arrived at 7:15 to drop my car off and the women at the counter told me it was going to be a problem because they did not open until 7:30. Only when I told her I had to be at work at 7:30 did she get someone to take my keys. I was later called and told there was nothing they could do for me and I would have to go to another dealership. When I went to pick up my car a different woman at the counter barely acknowledged my existence and just pushed my keys across the counter to me. I asked her if she knew where my car was parked and she said out there somewhere. So I had to wonder around in -20 degree weather looking for my car in their parking lot. I will definitely not be returning for service or to buy another car. More
