Worst dealership EVER I found a truck on their website I really liked, I get there and it smells like a porta-potty.. they show me a different truck and I liked it, they ad I found a truck on their website I really liked, I get there and it smells like a porta-potty.. they show me a different truck and I liked it, they add $3000.00 to it for a ziebart rust proofing without even asking me. I leave and they say they'll get ahold of me to give me a better number. I text the salesman (Joe Battaglia) like he said to do and a week later no response, I call the dealership an they say to fill out an online application and they'll call within 2 days.....once again it's been a week...save the headache and go elsewhere!!! Do not waste your time with Marina Auto Group Yesterday I went with me sister who was looking to buy a car and was very excited. When we got to Marina Auto Group in Webster, NY she talked with Kri Yesterday I went with me sister who was looking to buy a car and was very excited. When we got to Marina Auto Group in Webster, NY she talked with Kristin who did a credit check on her that took about 45 minutes. From where my sister was sitting it looked as if what she was really doing was just chatting with her coworkers while she waited. My sister finally interrupted Kristin and the coworkers and said she was getting bored and was going to look out on the lot to see what they had. A few minutes later Kristin came to find her and told her she was approved but she would only be allowed to purchase this one particular car, of which my sister was not interested. The car was about $10000 and most of the cars on the lot were about this same price. After financing and paying it off the cost of the car would end up being $16000. $6000 INTEREST TOTAL IN THE END!!!! If my math is right that's a 60% interest rate. Wow! Someone needs to look into their business dealings as that is excessive AND she was even able to choose the car she wanted. Noteworthy to mention, Kristin was not friendly and seemed to be annoyed to be helping us. This will be the last time we set foot on that dealership's property. Car buying should be fun but this was a horrible experience. We then went to Carmax and had a much more professional and enjoyable experience. We are still looking for a new car but at least we have learned that the poor experience we had at Marina Auto Group isn't what we should expect at other dealerships. More

WORST MISTAKE!! I WENT TO THE TENT SALE IN WOLCOTT , NY ON 3/27/2015 WAS LOOKING AT A 2009 BUICK ENCLAVE CXL STOCK# A7992 AND WAS WORKING OUT A DEAL. I WAS TOLD WHAT I WENT TO THE TENT SALE IN WOLCOTT , NY ON 3/27/2015 WAS LOOKING AT A 2009 BUICK ENCLAVE CXL STOCK# A7992 AND WAS WORKING OUT A DEAL. I WAS TOLD WHAT PAPERWORK WAS NEED TO FINISH THE DEAL ON SATURDAY 3/28 BY NICO AND HE SAID I'M THE OWNER. GOT THERE SATURDAY AND WAS TOLD I NEEDED 1 MORE PIECE OF PAPERWORK TO CLOSE THE DEAL AND TO BRING IT IN ON MONDAY 3/30 AND DON'T WORRY THE CAR WILL BE ON HOLD. I SPENT ALL DAY TILL 6PM GETTING WHAT THEY NEEDED AND CALLED AND TOLD THEM I'LL BE IN TUESDAY MORNING. GOT THERE THIS MORNING AND WAS TOLD THE PAPERWORK WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH AND SORRY BUT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I FOUND OUT THE CAR WAS SOLD MONDAY. I'M SO GLAD THAT I WASTED ALL MY TIME MONDAY JUST SO THE RUG/CAR WAS PULLED OUT FROM UNDER ME!! NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT Marina Dodge Chrysler Jeep!! More
