Review of Service Department: On two occasions this locations service department has failed to honor our appointment. First visit was based on a notification for a free service to address an issue b locations service department has failed to honor our appointment. First visit was based on a notification for a free service to address an issue by Ford. We scheduled with this information and had no problems. At arrival we were told by Joy and her manager we would have to pay over $200 for the free service “if” nothing came back in diagnostics. Odd, since that was never noted in the letter or during the appointment. They said come back if there’s a problem. Now we have a very clear issue with the transmission and scheduled our appointment about two weeks ago. At arrival they informed us the transmission employee is allegedly out for two weeks. I think this location has a problem honoring appointments, communicating with their customers, and is proving they do not like to provide service to customers with the complimentary or maintenance packages. I’m sure plenty of people have great experiences but we have not. Don’t recommend. Keep your family safe elsewhere. More

I did not think that they knew enough about the vehicles they sell. I could have been told more about the different options for each trim package.
