Starting from the service checkin point I was greeted by the employee who asked what I was here for, he then checked the mileage and condition of the car. She is courteous and professional, knows her cars and her job. She was always on top of things and fair and honest. Recall work plus normal service was done, she provided me with a loaner car because the recall was one that would take hours. I returned to this dealership after my first experience only because of two things. I discovered that Kenny Hicks was a principal here and that service advisor Christie Alejandro was here. I have dealt with Kenny for many years purchasing quite a few vehicles from him. He always set the final price for me. Always fair. Kenny knows how to set up and run a top quality dealership.
