Scheduled a 9:00 oil change. Arrived to find a line of vehicles ahead of me. Then waited almost 2 hours for my oil to be changed. While the dealership did an expedient, very costly repair on my 2011 Acadia, there is one thing I found very irritating. They don't accept checks for payment of services; as noted by clearly posted signs. Bu on my 2011 Acadia, there is one thing I found very irritating. They don't accept checks for payment of services; as noted by clearly posted signs. But, when a credit card is used, they add a 3% surcharge to your bill. That really rubs me the wrong way. In my case, the almost $5000 repair, had another almost $150 added to my bill. Really makes me think that another shoo will be getting my auto repair business from now on. More

2nd time in a row went for oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation wasn't performed although I paid for it. 1st time called back and had to reschedule another appointment. 2nd time called back and have Tire rotation wasn't performed although I paid for it. 1st time called back and had to reschedule another appointment. 2nd time called back and have yet to get a resolution. I mark my tires ahead of time for this very reason. This dealership is a complete sham! More
