Worse dealership I’ve ever been to. Service manager was very in professional and then wouldn’t give me my truck , he said he had to get paid from the warranty company first which is a l Service manager was very in professional and then wouldn’t give me my truck , he said he had to get paid from the warranty company first which is a lie , the next day they call me and say they’ll release it . A schedule oil change took 4 hours to do. That alone should say something. The service manager told me at the counter, after I asked what is taking so long. The service manager couldn't take the time to tell me in the waiting room. I had to go to the service desk and ask after 3 hours waiting for an oil change. Complimentary tire rotation.. I didn't even leave the dealership to find my front tires, one had 60 psi the other 70. So we're the back. Thanks!!! You know they rotate the tires. My dealership in DeKalb ILLINOIS. Bends over backwards for me. They give me a Complimentary car wash. That truck comes out looking .brand new when they service it. You wanted my survey. More
