I had an 8:00 am appointment set up to service my vehicle. When I arrived and drove into the service bay, I noticed several other vehicles in line. Since I was told that the service time was estimate vehicle. When I arrived and drove into the service bay, I noticed several other vehicles in line. Since I was told that the service time was estimated to be 2 1/2 hours, I told Steve I would be back at noon. When I showed up, my vehicle was not ready. It wasn’t until 5:20 pm until I got my vehicle. The issue I have is that no one called or advised me when I dropped my vehicle off. Judging from the number of vehicles in the prep area, they must of known the timeline had changed. The other issue I have is that my service invoice noted the service technician worked on my vehicle for 2.2 hours but the labor charge was $400.00. I called Joe to discuss this but never received a call back. Very disappointed! More

I recommend the dealership, but with reservations. The waiting area is clean and bright and has reliable wifi, and the restrooms are sparkling clean. That said: I would rate them 5 stars if they could just install my soft-top correctly and completely. Nearly every time I've had them swap out my hard top in the spring, there is something problematic about my soft top requiring me to go back for adjustments. It's like nobody QA's the install after its done. This year, they left 2 parts (the sleeves that the bottom window rail fit into, I believe) just sitting in the back. I didn't notice until I got home, so I called to inquire. I was told somebody would send me an email so I could forward photos of the parts to them, and in return they could instruct me how to install them myself. (I did not pay several hundred dollars to install anything myself.) Plus, I never got the email, and I was too busy to reach out again for a few weeks leading up to an extended trip. Furthermore I am selling this Jeep so I have one more thing for me to deal with before I can. Its frustrating. More
