I came back to purchase my second wrangler this month because had a previous great experience. Sadly this time my entire experience was horrible! I’m so incredibly disappointed and hope to never shop th because had a previous great experience. Sadly this time my entire experience was horrible! The sales manager was great ( Shane I believe was his name ) the salesman was just ok, didn’t seem to know much about wranglers actually but cared more about bragging he’s the best salesman since … I was told the Jeep would be ready at a time range but that wasn't the case, when I’m picked it up I noticed a crack in the windshield so showed it to the salesman who also took a picture and said we’d get it taken care of. The night I took it home the checks engine light came and stayed on so I called service who agreed to get it in to be looked at, along with adding the tires I was promised. A few contacts were made by me bc I was told I was only getting four new tires verses five which a wrangler has ?? That issue was rectified. When I dropped my Jeep off at 7:30 am for my scheduled appt time it was to take around 3.5 hours ( told this twice), and tires were to be done, light checked and windshield looked at. At the 6 hour mark there was still no communication from Mark Motors as to vehicle status so I called, only to be told they were “ just pulling it in to be looked at”!! This was mind blowing. No reason, no communication and no respect for my time at work. Three hours later I got a call to pick it up with no info when asked . Upon picking it up there was only one man in service ( nice guy) who didn’t really have any info . Couldn’t answer why or what check engine light was except the code was stored, knew nothing about the windshield, not where the other tires were. I asked to be called back asap in the morning by service . Service called me in the AM. Had no real answer about the code other than it was stored and could be a bunch of things, sd he forgot to communicate where the tires would be bc I wasn’t sure I could take them, and when I asked about the windshield he suggested I bring it back Friday while the people are here doing another windshield to see “ if it could be fixed or replaced”. I explained that I absolutely do not want it fixed but a brand new windshield as I bought a vehicle expecting a new windshield! That being said I’m very concerned about the whole certified preowned promise. How was this missed ?? I’m angry and frustrated at this entire process and can’t help but feel like they took my money so didn’t really care about making me happy after that. More

The staff is courteous and professional I went in for my state inspection and asked if they could check my coolant level.
