Honestly, having paid as much as i did for the reapairs needed for my truck to pass inspection (e brake cable and pads) I would have assumed the technicians would have put air in my tires as a couple were needed for my truck to pass inspection (e brake cable and pads) I would have assumed the technicians would have put air in my tires as a couple were low due to the colder weather. Air and the labor associated with it must have been too high. I get it, tough times. I also looked at my receipt and it says "customer acknowledges the qoute of $2000". I not once heard the number 2000 in any of my conversations with Eric. Therefore I believe they put this on the receipt for a self pat on the back so others think they are under the qouted times. I will not pat you on the back for mis representing information. I will say Eric was very responsive and attentive. In our conversations he gave me the exact number I would be paying for the services so there was no surprises. Spoiler, it wasnt 2000. More

I am in town from out of state and had no heat and it was 15 degrees outside. I took my Jeep to the Jack Chrysler Jeep dealership in Saco. Both the service reps and their service manager told me that had no time to even look at the problem for at least 4-5 days. I called Marc Motors and not only did they take me the same day, they fixed the problem immediately while I waited. Nikki in service was amazing! I highly recommend their service department and will travel the extra 30 minutes to never go back to the Saco one. Thank you Marc Motors! More
